Hotel must change Bed Sheets every time. Not acceptable for them to give only comforter which wasn't washed

Clean bed sheets is a mandatary, this is not a 4 star hotel. More of a guest house but it's clean

The washroom was not working adequately as the toilet was not flushing at all, the hot water geezer was not providing hot water. It took us two nights for it to be fixed. We ended up taking shower in a cold water. The washroom was simply difficult to actually move in it! There towels provided had yellow stains on the material and their were rips on it, and the duvet was stained too.DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURE SHOWN ON BOOKING.COM, it doesn’t match the way the hotel room actually looks. There was three of us actually in a room, where when we initially checked in, there was only enough place to sleep for one person, we informed the staff that we booked a room for three people, and shown the receipt of booking as evidence where it clearly states this. The staff informed us that we actually booked for two people and need to pay extra in order to get a three people room! We ended up arguing to get an adequate room. We ended up changing three rooms to get an adequate place to rest! There was a second room we were shown as a result of being given the incorrect room, had a ripped wallpaper, water marks all over the floor, and the carpet was coming off too. The third room however was ok, but the room only had a two person bed, they ended up giving us a dirty mattress to sleep on, and informed us that they didn’t have any other beds available. It was an absolute nightmare! There was simply no fridges, ironing board and safe as per a standard hotel room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Hyderabad with the family, it is not worth the money and the food that they provide was not a large variety.

The rooms were dirty and had insects in them. My fan was making a lot of noise and I thought it may fall at any time. The price was too much for the quality of rooms offered. For a 4 star hotel, it was embarrassing for me to stay with my senior here.

The floor is in even and the carpet laid in un ever floor. The bed sheets have holes. The wall paper peeled off and fungus in the room

There’s nothing to like about this property. Very dirty and smelly rooms. I booked the deluxe king room but there wasn’t any sofa or chairs as opposed to shown in the pictures on booking.comStaff was very rude. Rooms and whole hotel smells very bad. I would not stay here for free too. Mold in every room. Bed sheets have cigarette burns. Maintenance/construction worker banging at 2am. WORST STAY EVER

The entire room was dirty, spits were on the wall (Use of pan), and the toilet was not even cleaned after the previous occupant. I checked out within an hour and stayed in a different hotel.

Location of the Hotel is good

The hotel reception staff (one female and one male) is pretty rude and they are not educated with Hotel Management courses, so they don't know how to handle hotel guests politely. They tried their best to suck extra money from me by asking various questions and not having a welcoming atmosphere.

Worst service, No neat and very poor quality tooth kit and tea make also very poor cleaning and quality. Tiffen is not good better to improve in all services
